The programme adapts to the company — not the other way around.
Before the event I clarify the team size, audience age range, company culture, languages and the purpose of the evening. From there we decide how much interactive content is right, how the music should flow and which moments are worth turning into a shared team experience.
Nominations and awards
I can help structure a light, respectful award segment that keeps the evening moving and recognises colleagues without creating awkward pressure.
A film created by the guests
Teams can complete filming tasks and create short scenes that our team can edit and show before the end of the evening.
